Our House!

So... Justin and I have been moved into our new house for nearly two months now.  We really love it and have had so much finishing and decorating it.  

About a week and a half ago we had a pipe break in the kitchen and it flooded the basement. We had to replace a bunch of the drywall we just put in the basement and some of the insulation we put in the ceiling.  Talk about bad luck... it also damaged half of the hardwood floors in the kitchen. 

In process of finding out who's fault it is and fixing everything..  we are getting really nice hardwood floors put in this time and we are quite excited. The only thing that won't be fun is..  we won't have a kitchen for Christmas.  I'm going to know exactly how my mom feels now.  

Anyway.. we also found out other things about the current hardwood in the kitchen.  Turns out that the builder didn't have an AC unit in all summer and it caused all the wood to dry out and shrink.. So.. they have to pay to replace ALL of the flooring and not just the parts that were damaged by the water. 

So.. this little water leak turned out to be a good thing in the end!  I can't wait to have my new floor!  I love our house!

Justin and I went to Tahoe for Thanksgiving with Justin's family.  We stayed in a cabin in the mountains.  It was so beautiful.  Jack and Leah loved it. They loved being in the mountains and being outside. It was fun to be out of Logan and away from everything. I love being secluded from civilization sometimes..its so peaceful.

Thanksgiving!

Justin and I are leaving tomorrow for California.  We are picking up Justin's new JEEP while we are there. We are also spending Thanksgiving with his family. I am really excited to get out of Logan for a little while.  It should be really fun.  

I am also really excited to see TWILIGHT!!!! I am going to go see it with Justin's mom and sisters.  It will be super fun! 

Jack and Leah are coming with us this trip.  They usually do come to Cali with us when we go.  They love road trips...they are so good in the car.  Although it is really fun to have them with us... Mexico was really nice to be away for a few days.  

For Thanksgiving we are staying in a cabin in Tahoe.  I will post pictures of how beautiful Tahoe is.  I am really excited so I better go pack!

CANCUN!!!

Justin and I are off to Cancun for my brothers wedding today.  I am really excited to go on a vacation and see my whole family out there.  Some of my cousins and aunt's and uncle's are coming from Chicago...it should be really fun.  

I had to take Jack and Leah to Mark and Jenn's this morning.  They are watching them while we are gone.  I was really sad to leave them because they tried to follow me out the door.  They are so cute. I will really miss them.. I Love them.

BEST BUY!

Yep! Thats right...I just started a new job at BEST BUY!  I'm sure that you can all imagine how seriously excited Justin is that he know can buy cheap TV's for our new house.  Justin has a list of all the things that he wants to buy there.  I've only worked three times but so far I really like it! 

CLEVELAND

Justin, Jack, Leah, and I spent this past summer in Cleveland, Ohio. We had some pretty fun times.  Here are some of the things that we did....

We had alot more fun than this.  We went to a Cleveland Indians baseball game on Father's Day, spent many late nights eating at the Cheesecake Factory (YUMMY!), went boating a few times, went shopping a TON!!!, and took Jack and Lili to the Bow Bow lake the puppy park. 

Although we will take many great memories with us through life from our journey in Ohio... I love being home .

Jack and Leah are my two beautiful Yorkshire Terriers!  They are so playful!  Every morning after I bring them in from their morning walk they run straight to my bedroom door to see papa. Leah loves to give papa kisses in the morning.  She is always so excited to see Justin. Jack always has to grab a toy in the morning because he wants Justin to play fetch with him. They love to go on walks and play outside. 

Justin bought Jack for me as my Christmas present last year.  He weighs about five pounds and loves to cuddle.  He had his first birthday on October 21, 2008.  He is and will always be my first born.

Leah came into our family because Jack needed a puppy friend.  Leah was born on January 5, 2008.  She became my second baby near the end of march.  She has a very cute under bite and snaggle tooth.  She loves to give Justin kisses in the morning.

So..this whole blogging thing is way crazy to me BUT all my coolest friends doit!  So here I am trying it out and I hope that it works.
