CALI!

Justin and I are leaving for Cali tomorrow!  I am so excited to get out of the cold and be warm!  We are going to take Jack and Leah to the beach to play in the sand.  It should be fun for them.  I'll take pictures and show you how much fun we have!

What I want to do in Philly!

Here is a list of things that I want to do in Philadelphia:

*Eat a Philly Cheese Steak

*Visit the Liberty Bell

*See Historic Philadelphia

*See the Phillies play

*Take a train to NYC

*Visit the ZOO!!

*Go to South Street

*Visit the Reading Terminal Market

*See Adventure Aquarium

Once we get out and settled in Philly.. I will  keep you posted on how things go.  I will write about each adventure as I cross them off my list!!  I can't wait to get out there!

PHILLY!!!!

The news finally arrived a few days ago that we are going to Philadelphia this summer!  I am so excited!  It will be so amazing.  We will be two hours from Manhattan, two hours from Baltimore, and pretty close to D.C.  I'm positive that this summer will hold many great adventures and that we will be seeing lots of cool things!  I can't wait to get out there and start exploring. Everyone keeps telling me cool things about Philly and I can't wait to eat the famous Philly Cheese Steak!  Yummy! I think that Philly will be by far the coolest place that we have been thus far!  I am excited for a change ! 

A little Bit a Life!!!

I started working again... well... not really.  I babysit for a lady in my ward a few times a week.  Surprisingly enough..I really like it and have fun all day.  They really wear me out actually.  Its nice to make a little bit of money!

Our house is still a disaster.  Here's the update: the floor is finished, it was finished about a week ago.  All the cabinets and countertops are put back in and look great.  BUT..  Justin decided to put up a back splash so we are waiting for that to be done so we can put our stove back.  I can't wait for it to be done so I can finally cook again.  

AND... the summer is quickly approaching and I am getting more excited.  I can't wait to find out where we will be going.  The summer is always fun and exciting. 

Snowmobiling!

So.. Justin finally took me snowmobiling.  At first it was really hard and frustrating.. But as the day went on it got easier and I got the hang of it.  We went with Cody and Celeste, Cody's brother Kylan and his friend Chelsey.  It was way fun... and look how cute we look!

Happy New Year!!

Justin and I are really excited for the New Year.  I am especially excited for this coming summer and to move to some place cool.  I hope that we have a really good year.  Maybe someone special will come along and bless our lives! 

Our House!

So... Justin and I have been moved into our new house for nearly two months now.  We really love it and have had so much finishing and decorating it.  

About a week and a half ago we had a pipe break in the kitchen and it flooded the basement. We had to replace a bunch of the drywall we just put in the basement and some of the insulation we put in the ceiling.  Talk about bad luck... it also damaged half of the hardwood floors in the kitchen. 

In process of finding out who's fault it is and fixing everything..  we are getting really nice hardwood floors put in this time and we are quite excited. The only thing that won't be fun is..  we won't have a kitchen for Christmas.  I'm going to know exactly how my mom feels now.  

Anyway.. we also found out other things about the current hardwood in the kitchen.  Turns out that the builder didn't have an AC unit in all summer and it caused all the wood to dry out and shrink.. So.. they have to pay to replace ALL of the flooring and not just the parts that were damaged by the water. 

So.. this little water leak turned out to be a good thing in the end!  I can't wait to have my new floor!  I love our house!

Justin and I went to Tahoe for Thanksgiving with Justin's family.  We stayed in a cabin in the mountains.  It was so beautiful.  Jack and Leah loved it. They loved being in the mountains and being outside. It was fun to be out of Logan and away from everything. I love being secluded from civilization sometimes..its so peaceful.

Thanksgiving!

Justin and I are leaving tomorrow for California.  We are picking up Justin's new JEEP while we are there. We are also spending Thanksgiving with his family. I am really excited to get out of Logan for a little while.  It should be really fun.  

I am also really excited to see TWILIGHT!!!! I am going to go see it with Justin's mom and sisters.  It will be super fun! 

Jack and Leah are coming with us this trip.  They usually do come to Cali with us when we go.  They love road trips...they are so good in the car.  Although it is really fun to have them with us... Mexico was really nice to be away for a few days.  

For Thanksgiving we are staying in a cabin in Tahoe.  I will post pictures of how beautiful Tahoe is.  I am really excited so I better go pack!

CANCUN!!!

Justin and I are off to Cancun for my brothers wedding today.  I am really excited to go on a vacation and see my whole family out there.  Some of my cousins and aunt's and uncle's are coming from Chicago...it should be really fun.  

I had to take Jack and Leah to Mark and Jenn's this morning.  They are watching them while we are gone.  I was really sad to leave them because they tried to follow me out the door.  They are so cute. I will really miss them.. I Love them.
